Centennial Kumquat

There are several types of kumquats. The centennial kumquat slightly sweet flavor is in its edible peel and the flesh is tart and sour. Remove seeds and slice into coins and add to baked goods or cook for a compote or preserve. Substitutes for the centennial kumquat could be regular Kumquat, Calamondin Orange, Limequat or Mandarinquat.
