Ingredient
The Manzanita bolete mushroom is very similar to the Porcini Mushroom but isn't as musty and it has a slightly sweet flavor. It is a large mushroom with reddish to brown caps. You can use the Manzanita bolete mushroom in the same applications as you would a Porcini Mushroom.
