The Salt And Pepper Cucumber is yellow and the same size as a Kirby Cucumber. But unlike the Kirby Cucumber that is used for pickling, the Salt And Pepper Cucumber is used similar to the Lemon Cucumber for salad, sandwich, and crudités. These cucumbers are available in the summertime and they have a mild-earthy flavor and crisp-crunchy texture.
