The Arrowhead Cabbage, aka Early Jersey Wakefield Cabbage, is a variety of cabbage with a cone shape. They have an earthy-mild-slightly sweet flavor and are used as a braising green, in egg rolls, salad, soup, spring rolls, stew, and stir-fry.
