Florida Avocado is a milder avocado with a bright green, delicate and smooth shell. The flesh is less creamy and oily than other avocados and they have a mild-earthy-grassy-nutty flavor. Use in salad, for sandwiches and hamburgers, sushi, and Guacamole.
