Salanova Lettuce is a tender lettuce that is used mostly for salad. It can be found as Green Salanova Lettuce and Red Salanova Lettuce and it has a mild-vegetal flavor and a crisp-crunchy texture. It is similar to a Little Gem Lettuce and Butterhead Lettuce.
