The Lemon Drop Pepper is a smallish (around 60mm long and 12mm wide) yellow chili pepper from Peru. It is a medium hot pepper, 15,000-30,000 SCU (Scoville Heat Units), with a lemon-citrus flavor. Use raw or cooked for many applications such as salsa or Ceviche.
