The Chinese Shiso leaf, aka Chinese Beefsteak Plant and Chinese Perilla, is similar to regular Green Shiso and Red Shiso but it has green and purple coloring. They have an earthy-minty-pungent flavor and can be used for salad, Sashimi, Spring Roll, and Sushi.
