The Graffiti Eggplant, aka Sicilian Eggplant and Zebra Eggplant, have beautiful purple and white streaks. They have an earthy-fruity-musty flavor and can be used the same way as regular Eggplant for Baba Ghanoush, Ratatouille, relish, soup, stew, stir-fry, Tempura, and a vegetable side dish.
