Ingredient Of The Day: Wasabi Arugula

Wasabi Arugula is a hybrid variety that is similar to regular Arugula. It is a cross between Arugula and Horseradish Green but it is more peppery. The greens have an earthy-musty-vegetal-peppery flavor and can be used with Carpaccio, in a pasta dish, Risotto, salad, sandwich, and Pesto Sauce.
