The Early Girl Tomato, aka Dry Farmed Tomato, is a medium sized late season tomato. They have a tough skin and juicy interior and a nicely balanced acidic-sweet flavor. Use raw in salad, sandwich, and salsa or cooked in sauce, soup, and stew.
