Pom Pom Mushroom, aka Bearded Hedgehog Mushroom or Bearded Tooth Mushroom or Lion’s Mane Mushroom, ranges in size from golf ball to soccer ball and has a spongy-stringy-meaty texture. They have a briny-earthy-slightly sweet flavor and are good in a pasta dish, Risotto, stir-fry, and tempura.
