Romanesco Cauliflower is an Italian heirloom variety of Cauliflower with a nuttier flavor and firmer-crunchier texture. Romanesco has very attractive looking florets that are very sturdy and can be used raw for a crudités or salad or roasted for a vegetable side dish.
