In the latest edition of Recently Foraged Ingredients we have more fun ingredients. Talk with your vendors and farmers to see what produce is available in your area. The autumn produce is slowing down and winter produce is here. The available ingredients we’re seeing are brassicas, root vegetables, mushrooms & winter squashes. On the fruit front: many varieties of citrus are available with apples and pears going strong.
