Spring ingredients are in full swing right now. Chefs are always looking forward to the springtime when they can use these exciting ingredients to liven up their menus and say goodbye to winter. Most of these springtime ingredients work well in salads, risottos, pastas, and ragoûts. These items pair nicely with spring protein such as Rabbit, Lamb, Halibut, and King Salmon.
