Recently Foraged Ingredients: Vol. 14

Spring is in the air, and in the ground, and at the markets. Strawberries, Fiddlehead Ferns, English Peas and Tendrils, Asparagus, Artichokes, Green Garlic, and Spring Onions are here with Morels, Ramps, Fava Beans and Tendrils on the way. The start of Halibut and Salmon season are right around the corner. Here are the items we have recently found from farmers, farmers markets and specialty vendors in Northern California.
