Octopus

The octopus is a sea creature where the legs, or tentacles are used. The whole octopus is usually simmered and it requires a long cooking time. After simmering or boiling they can be grilled or braised. They have a mild flavor and a tender-chewy texture and can be used in a salad with Potato, Green Beans and Pesto Sauce, or for Risotto, pasta dish, or sushi. The Octopus Ink can also be used similar to Squid Ink.
