Loroco Flower

The loroco flower is a specialty ingredient that is used in Latin American dishes, most commonly Pupusa. They have a slight musty flavor similar to Broccoli or Asparagus with earthy-grassy overtones. Loroco buds can also be sautéed and used as a vegetable side dish. Substitutes would be Tatsoi Flower and Bok Choy Blossom.
