Wasabi Arugula is a hybrid variety that is similar to regular Arugula and is a cross between regular Arugula and Horseradish Green but with a more peppery flavor. It has an earthy-musty-vegetal-peppery flavor and can be used with Carpaccio, in a pasta dish, Risotto, salad, sandwich, and Pesto Sauce.
