Adriatic Fig

One of the many types of figs, the Adriatic fig has a jam like interior that is aromatic and sweet. Best used on its own or in a salad or with a dessert but can also be use in a jam or compote. The best substitutes would be Candy Stripe Fig and Calimyrna Fig. The Fig Leaf can also used as an edible wrap.
