Considered the Queen of Oranges in France its seedless, juicy fruit is perfect for eating out-of-hand but is most known for it's use in Maltaise Sauce. From the island of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea. Substitutes are Blood Orange and Moro Blood Orange.
