Ingredient Of The Day: Green Garlic

Green Garlic or Spring Garlic are the shoots of the garlic bulb that grow in spring. Use the whole shoot, they have a milder flavor than regular Garlic. They can be used in the same manner as garlic cloves for Aïoli, Pesto Sauce, Risotto, sauce, salsa, soup, and vinaigrette.
