I’m sure everyone is in a food coma today and ready for some Dungeness Crab. It is the season now on the west coast of America and after a year where we saw the season closed in Northern California, this year looks to be a good one. Dungeness Crab has a briny-sweet flavor and can be served whole and cracked as a meal or used to make crab cakes, crab Louis, soup, stew, and in a salad.
