Fava Green, AKA Broad Bean Green, Broad Bean Leaf, Fava Tendril, can be used as a braising green or salad green. The Fava Green has a grassy-vegetal-slightly sweet flavor and a crisp-tender texture. Use as is, raw, or sauté as a vegetable side dish, in a salad, Pesto, Risotto, stir-fry, soup, or stew.
